Advanced pulse reduces heat input and spatter
Pulse transfers metal in controlled droplets rather than a continuous short-circuiting or spray stream, which lowers total heat input and all but removes spatter. Lower heat input means less distortion and a narrower heat-affected zone — which on thin or crack-sensitive material is the difference between acceptable and rejected.
